The site describes our irrigation, landscaping and maintenance services in the Tampa Bay area. We try to keep it accurate and current, but descriptions, photos and availability may change without notice. Photos show past work and are examples, not a promise of identical results.
Estimates and prices
Any price shown on the site or given by the chat assistant, including ranges and “ballpark” estimates, is approximate and for information only. It is not an offer, a quote or a contract. The price and scope of any work are set only in a written proposal from us, after a site visit, and the work is governed by that proposal or agreement.
Chat assistant
Jimmy is an automated assistant. Some answers may be generated by artificial intelligence (OpenAI) and can be incomplete or wrong. Do not rely on them for decisions. Confirm any detail with our team by phone or email. Do not enter sensitive information such as payment details in the chat, and do not use it for anything unrelated to our services.
Water savings estimator
The estimator uses general assumptions (spray heads at about 1.5 inches per hour and a 25% reduction from a weather-based controller). Your real water use, savings and costs depend on your property, equipment, weather, utility rates and watering restrictions, and may be different. Results are not a guarantee.
Requests you send us
When you submit the estimate form or book a visit or call through the chat assistant you confirm that the information is yours and accurate, and you agree that we may contact you by phone, email or text message about your request. We do not send marketing text messages without your separate, express consent. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information.
Appointments
Times booked through the chat are requests for a free site visit or call. We may call you to confirm, move or cancel an appointment, for example because of weather or scheduling conflicts. If you need to change it, call or email us.
